Connor has been providing outplacement to organisations and individuals for over 25 years. We can support people at every level in all types of organisations – from SMEs to large, international brands.
Our outplacement service is personal and based around individual candidate needs. We work with people for as long as it takes them to find their next role – there is no limit to the number of meetings and no set time duration. Our service will include: deciding what to do next; CV and LinkedIn; finding jobs; interview preparation; offers and negotiations; and onboarding – adjusting to the first three months in a new role.
