Sales & Commercial Director – Henley on Thames/ hybrid
Following an acquisition in October last year, we really need to ‘grow up’ from a sales and marketing perspective. Historically, things have been somewhat ad hoc or done on the side of the desk. Despite the fact that we have been successful with this approach we are clear that this approach will not work in our new world and that we significantly need to increase our sales maturity and resilience in order to maximise this opportunity. That’s why we need this role and why we need you.
At the end of 2021, Connor were acquired by Global Employee Benefits provider NFP, the opportunities this presents for us are vast and exciting but we need your help to make the most of these opportunities.
In addition to being a key member of our leadership team, we need you to galvanise, build and develop our sales and marketing teams, taking us from a group of well-intentioned, passionate and commercial people, to a honed function with robust sales processes that is best placed to exploit both the favourable market we are in and grasp the NFP opportunity with both hands. In return you will join a well-established HR services and leading outplacement consultancy on the cusp of something truly special. We are growing for sure but we continue to live our core ‘family values’ by placing our people and clients at the heart of everything we do.
