Digital Marketing Manager
(Hybrid / Henley-On-Thames)

You will be responsible for driving the strategy, development, and execution of lead nurture and qualification campaigns, working to manage the effective promotion of our solutions, services, and messaging across a range of digital channels – including social media, the website, email marketing and paid media.
You will be a highly analytical and hands-on problem solver with a proven track record of successfully managing B2B demand generation and lead nurture campaigns. You will know what it takes to engage new customers and strengthen connections with existing ones to achieve our business objectives. You will possess a good grasp of what different digital touchpoints can do for a business. You will be a self-starter, who thrives under pressure in a self-service environment, and has experience working for a small business.

Head of People and Change Services
(Hybrid / Henley-On-Thames)
Are you a commercial HR/People Change professional frustrated and stifled in your current role?
Maybe you are being bogged down in things that take you away from doing what you love and do best, maybe your commercial acumen is not being used to its fullest degree. Sound familiar?
We are looking for a commercial and entrepreneurial HR and People Change lead, to work closely with the Director of HR and Change to the grow this pivotal area of our business (our biggest in FY22). This is a highly visible role where you will be a ‘big’ player in a ‘boutique’ company and can make a real difference.
About the Role
This key role sits in the Organisational Change and HR Services line of business, focused on change programmes for companies that are restructuring, merging/acquiring businesses, undertaking redundancies, TUPE transfers etc. We also provide HR Services for companies that don’t have a HR function or is they need an extension of their team for capacity or capability (or both) reasons.
Working shoulder to shoulder with the Director of HR and Change, you will support the creation and execution of the business plan, contribute to the delivery of the FY23 revenue target and the growth towards the FY24 target and beyond. Work with existing and new clients to diagnose their needs, developing the right solutions to meet their requirements. Design new products and services, expanding market opportunities and roll up your sleeves and deliver change and HR services when required.
You are a commercially astute, entrepreneurial HR/Change professional with proven, hands-on experience of mergers, acquisitions, organisational design, Change, TUPE, recruitment partnering, restructures and reorganisations and all things HR.
You have an intimate understanding of how people go through the change and have a real skill for making the complex, simple.
You are at home in front of customers, showing expertise delivering exceptional outcomes.
Experience of working in a sales driven professional services company would be a real bonus.
