Client Engagement Manager (Outplacement services)
Based – Remote/ home working
Are you a commercially strong Client Engagement or Account Manager looking to apply your expertise across a variety of clients within the UK and globally?
Connor is one of the top boutique HR Consultancies, providing services that span the entire employment lifecycle. This role is predominately a post-sales role, owning the customer outplacement journey and ensuring that services are delivered to the highest quality, as well as spotting opportunities to up and cross sell.
- You will support Business Development Director in formulating strategy for this business line.
- You will ensure outplacement projects are set up for success, including supplying collateral, SOW and SLA’s.
- You will manage client relationships on the smooth execution of complex outplacement projects both in the UK and Globally.
- You will capitalise on opportunities to both upsell and cross sell additional services, as well as successfully converting new opportunities.
You are confident Client Engagement Manager who is comfortable being the key interface between the outplacement line of business and delivery. You thrive in a client sales environment, enjoying working closely with Client Partners and maximising opportunities within UK and global accounts.
