Head of Organisational Change & HR Services Consulting
Based – near Henley, Berkshire

Are you a technically strong Head of HR who wants to do something different and apply your expertise to many clients and not just work in the one business?

If so, then this role is for you!

Connor is one of the top boutique HR Consultancies, providing services that span the entire employment lifecycle. This role is the Subject Matter Expert for Organisational Change and HR Services communicating within Connor and to our Clients on how our services can best support their needs.

  • You will support the Sales Lead proposing HR solutions to clients
  • You will architect HR solutions that the client wants
  • You will lead our Delivery Associates ensuring the team are engaged and motivated.

You are an articulate Head of HR, who would feel comfortable in a client sales environment, who enjoys writing HR service propositions liaising with Marketing and is motivated by making a tangible difference to growing a business.
