What does training involve?

  • A range of options available including one-to-one and team communication coaching, plus group ‘Communication and influence’ modules to enhance skill and confidence
  • Alongside a range of other tried and tested methods, we are experts in using a unique communication tool called VoicePrint. This helps to zoom straight into the habitual ‘voices’ being used by an individual or team, and the positive and negative implications of these. This includes both a self-report and 360 element and helps to explore typical ways of communicating, as well as how these can be impacted when under pressure. VoicePrint provides a common framework and language for improving the dexterity of an individual or team’s communication fast.
