Connor is delighted to announce the appointment of Steve Foulger to the role of Director of Organisational Change & HR Services.
Steve joins Connor to lead the Organisational Design and HR Services area of the business.
Previously a client of Connor’s at Allpay for many years, Steve sat on the Board as their HR Director, leading HR, Learning and Development, HSE and Client Product training.
Steve has delivered multiple successful change projects, and with a vast array of experience across an array of industries and sectors, he has held accountability for all HR specialisms across mergers and acquisitions, business sales, transformation programmes, TUPE, restructures, and has touched every part of the HR service and Organisational Design spectrum.
