With a 20-year track record in the people and HR space, Jon has held variety of senior positions and has experience across the full HR cycle; his true passion, however, lies in the acquiring and development of an organisation’s talent. He has worked both in-house and in agency positions in recruitment, which gives him a unique picture of the whole talent acquisition world.
A former international rugby player who has represented England 12 times and a qualified teacher, he brings a unique perspective and passion for all things people related within an organisation.
