Connor was recognised as one of six finalists in the best L&D/HR consultancy category at the CIPD People Management Awards 2017. The award winners were revealed last week in a ceremony attended by over 1,000 people at the Grosvenor Hotel in London.
Our leadership development work for the senior team at energy provider Flogas was selected by a panel of judges as one of the six best entries for the award. Sharon Platts, HR director at Flogas commented: “I have worked in HR for over 20 years and this was the only time I’ve been able to categorically show a return on investment for a development programme.
At Flogas, it’s important to us to put our people first, and since working with Connor, the difference in behaviour in our leadership team is astonishing. We have increased capabilities and noticeably matured as an organisation. To measure the impact of this development we asked our people 18 questions about their belief in their capabilities before the programme, and then the same questions after – with confidence improving in all areas.”
