The brief
MyTAG has grown from a small family business with one product to a company that works with hundreds of flagship names providing a myriad of solutions, and therefore needed to prepare for more growth.
The CEO and owner also wanted to take a step back from the day-to-day running of the business, which would create a different structure and a need for a strategic change in approach for the future, whilst preparing the business for more growth.
