Do you want to find out more about delivering change? We can help your leaders to perform better.
More and more organisations are finding themselves facing tough market competition, new company strategies, revised business processes and new organisation structures. It is no wonder that many leaders and managers find it increasingly demanding to lead and manage their people through such a challenging organisational environment.
Our change programme is designed to support leaders from the board down. It is built using robust methodology underpinned with practical tools and techniques. This ensures the learning experience is practical, technical and pragmatic. The sessions ensure leaders improve their change management capability, increasing their awareness of both the behavioural and technical skills needed to effectively lead and deliver results through change. Topics can be delivered as an end to end programme, or as individual bitesize sessions.
Why Connor? The benefits for your organisation
Our modules cover comprehensive content and we can integrate our material with your vision, strategy, policies and procedures so that it is specific and relevant to you. Modules are either one day or half day sessions, with a maximum of 14 delegates attending. Depending on the outcomes required and your budget, we will work with you to put together the right content.
We offer you a unique 80/20 approach where 80% of the content has already been developed by our experts and is ready for you 'off the shelf' and in every case this will be adapted a further 20% to address your specific needs, situation and context.
"These modules offer a pragmatic and practical solution to implementing change, they complement the INSPIRED programme well, once leaders have worked on their own mindset, resilience and behaviours we can then equip them with some practical tools to use with their teams"
