Our recruitment practice is led by Sarah Cooper who has been in HR recruitment since 2004. She started an HR recruitment consultancy at Advantage and grew it to a desk of eight consultants in the Thames Valley. They specialised in HR generalists, learning & development, reward and recruitment. Sarah has worked in HR for numerous organisations including Bath University and Fortune 500 IT company CenturyLink.
