The stages of designing change

Stage 1: Business case

The Connor difference: We support you in defining your business case for change in readiness for board / senior decision maker approval. We can review your current ‘as is’ and support you in defining your vision ‘to be’ to set you up to be able to fulfil your business and people strategy. This can include an executive summary / report with strategic imperatives and objectives, cost benefit analysis, types of organisational structure, risks and mitigation options.

Stage 2: Organisational design

The Connor difference: Organisation design involves reviewing your organisation’s methods and challenges to pinpoint what works and what is failing, designing the path to achieve change, then connecting and engaging with your teams to embed it.
