  • Plan the people impact of your relocation, including the cost implications of the relocation (e.g. redundancy liability), the key talent you want to retain and the methods needed to enable talent retention.

  • Prepare communications and project collateral.

  • Manage the relocation consultation and train your line managers and employee representatives where required.

  • Manage Q&As, and volume administration either on behalf of your organisation or as an extension of your existing HR team.
