- Delivering consultations – working alongside line managers ensuring the meetings are legally compliant
- Producing project plans, comms, consultation collateral for consultation and redundancy projects
- Training line managers and employee reps where required
- Managing Q & A, and Volume Administration either on behalf of an organisation or as an extension of the existing HR team
For larger projects we also follow a structured project management approach with a dedicated project manager. This includes building a project board, and more detailed plans to ensure that project deliverables are achieved on time, and to budget.
