Fraser Silvey

Fraser Silvey – In addition to Fraser’s role as Managing Director of Connor, he heads up our Outplacement and Career Transition centres of expertise.

Before joining Connor, Fraser worked in engineering and construction companies in various roles, from heading up the recruitment function on the Channel Tunnel rail link project to managing the HR on overseas construction projects in Nigeria, Norway and Kazakhstan. Fraser has a degree in psychology and a master’s degree in criminal justice. He is also MCIPD qualified.

 

Rhiannon Rowley

Rhiannon Rowley – Rhiannon joined Connor in 2018, and is responsible for the day-to-day running of our Career Transition centre of expertise. 

Rhiannon has over 10 years’ experience in learning and people development roles, and is a qualified business psychologist. She enjoys combining a range of tools and models along with practical, hands-on experience to ensure Connor’s career transition support helps people in the most effective way, geared to their individual needs.
