Connor appoints Head of People Development

The People and Change experts Connor announce the appointment of Elaine Stephens as Head of People Development.

Elaine’s appointment coincides with Connor’s continuing drive for growth. As Head of People Development, Elaine is stepping into the role on an interim basis while Kim Foster takes maternity leave.

Reporting to Julia Nickless, Elaine will be responsible for overseeing our People Development Programmes such as our award-nominated INSPIRED programme for leaders, Team Development, Talent Development, Coaching and Mentoring.
