Cathie Donaldson joins Connor as our new Director of People Development

Connor is delighted to announce the appointment of Cathie Donaldson to the role of Director of People Development.

Cathie will lead the People Development practice for Connor. As a qualified executive coach, Cathie brings with her extensive experience in commercial leadership, training and learning and development roles. Having held senior leadership/director positions and interim consultant/executive coaching roles with SME and large organisations, Cathie is an expert in the development of future leaders and the key challenges organisations face today.
