In early 2020 Allianz acquired an arm of Legal & General (L&G) merging the newly acquired L&G function within LV as well an integration with Allianz, into the parent company’s target operating model. This required extensive consultation with 716 employees from these three organisations to be conducted in short order (Sep-Nov 20).
Connor was engaged to work alongside the existing HR staff in the functional areas of Project Management, HR Consultation Meeting Expertise, Communications Expertise, employment law navigation, investigations and appeals support – all delivered virtually. We quickly mobilised a “squad” of 11 highly experienced HR professionals, hand selected to culturally fit with the client’s existing team.
The LV HRD, Sharon Juleff had worked with Connor before on a big company reorganisation so had total faith that we could deliver against the brief. Sharon trusted us to provide a turnkey solution on the consultation elements of this complex project and communicated this to key stakeholders.
