The HR manager at Syzygy was overstretched from running two HR divisions – the division at Syzygy and the division at their sister company Unique Digital. They required a HR specialist to support, mentor and provide guidance to their HR manager.
The objective was to provide their HR manager with additional expertise and ongoing coaching that would enable her to continue to develop. Syzygy also wanted access to additional HR support as they required it.
We supported Syzygy's HR department with our HR Flex service because we were able to provide expert operational and strategic input, plus expertise at a transactional level. We delivered a flexible service when Syzygy need it. We balanced the ongoing development of their HR manager along with access to additional HR support on an ad hoc basis.
Our approach was based on flexibility and responsiveness; it was important for us to be accessible to the HR team whenever they required support, be it as a long term sounding board or a short term problem solver.
