Connor's leadership development work for the senior team at Flogas has been shortlisted in the best HR/L&D consultancy category at the CIPD People Management Awards 2017.
The project was selected by a panel of judges as one of the six best entries to the awards, that take place on Tuesday 26 September at the Grosvenor Hotel in London.
Sharon Platts, HR director at Flogas commented: "We're delighted to be nominated. I have worked in HR for over 20 years and this was the only time I've been able to categorically show a return on investment for a development programme.
At Flogas, it's important to us to put our people first, and since working with Connor, the difference in behaviour in our leadership team is astonishing. We have increased capabilities and noticeably matured as an organisation.
To measure the impact of this development we asked our people 18 questions about their belief in their capabilities before the programme, and then the same questions after - with confidence improving in all areas."

Kate Keaney, head of HR services and talent & organisation development at Connor added: "Our clients are keen to see tangible results from their people development programmes and our partnership with Flogas has achieved this. We're proud to have been recognised by the CIPD, congratulate all the other finalists and look forward to joining them at the awards ceremony in September."
