Elaine joined Connor in February 2019 as the interim Head of People Development and leads the people development strategy. She is responsible for our key propositions in the areas of leadership development, one-to-one coaching, team coaching/development, training and development programmes such as leading through change, resilience, coaching skills and manager development. Elaine enjoys overseeing our expert team of coaches and learning and development specialists, as well as being a coach and delivering training herself.
Before joining Connor, Elaine worked for a well-known medical company for 19 years as a Clinical Research Associate, Project Manager and Clinical Manager in operations and latterly spent 9 years working in Learning and Development. As Executive Director, Learning and Development, she headed up the global learning team with overall responsibility for leadership development and talent management.
In her spare time, Elaine enjoys yoga, meditation, travelling, and long walks in the country with her golden retriever, Millie.
